Three Thrilling "S" Attractions of Kamiamakusa: Superb Views, Sheer Cliff and Screaming!
TENKU-ZIPLINE SHIRATAKE opened in Himedo Shiratake Forest Park in Himedo-machi in Kamiamakusa in October 2024! You can use a special pulley to glide down a wire rope stretching from the summit of Mt. Shiratake to near the summit of Mt. Nakadake to the north.
After donning a harness and listening to a lecture, you will head to the starting point at the summit of Mt. Shiratake while enjoying a peaceful and therapeutic trek through the forest on a path for about 10 minutes. Upon catching your breath at the summit, it will finally be time for you to glide down the zip line! The total length of the zip line is approximately 350 meters. It is approximately 90 meters from the ground at the highest point! This is an incredibly thrilling trip through the sky for about 40 seconds. You will enjoy the best view from the sky and experience the wind rush past you. There are also some photo spots with superb views. You may be able to take some photos which greatly exceed (NANAME-UE) your expectations! After gliding down the zip line, you will trek for about five minutes to return while cooling down your mind and body. The first floor area of the start deck is open as an arbor. It can also be used by climbers.
